redacted is not a failure — the attempt record survives and the body has been dropped.

Values

Value	Meaning
`pending`	Queued and not yet attempted.
`retrying`	An attempt failed and another is scheduled.
`delivering`	An attempt is in flight right now.
`delivered`	Your endpoint answered 2xx.
`failed`	Every attempt was spent without a 2xx.
`redacted`	Not a failure. The delivery was still owed when the guest exercised their right to erasure, so the body was destroyed and it will never be sent.

The published set is exactly Maat’s own ChannelPartnerDeliveryStatus. A member added to one and not the other fails our build.
