HoldReleaseReason - Maat Stays

The two are opposite instructions, which is why calendar.released is one event with a reason rather than two events nobody would remember to handle both of.

Values

Value	Meaning
`expired`	Nobody bought the nights. They are sellable again.
`converted`	A booking took the nights. They are gone, and `booking_reference` names it.

In Maat

The published set is exactly Maat’s own PartnerHoldReleaseReason. A member added to one and not the other fails our build.
