EarningStatus - Maat Stays

It moves forward only. A payment is pending until the stay starts, then available; requesting a payout moves it to reserved, and the transfer moves it to paid_out. See EarningStatus.

Values

Value	Meaning
`pending`	Held in escrow. The guest has paid; the stay has not started yet.
`available`	Released and withdrawable.
`reserved`	Released, but committed to a payout request that is still open — neither withdrawable nor paid.
`paid_out`	Transferred out to you.

The published set is exactly Maat’s own DeveloperEarningStatus. A member added to one and not the other fails our build.
