QuickActionTemplateKey - Maat Stays

A CLOSED set, and every member of it is permanent: a template that is withdrawn keeps its identifier and is reported available: false, unavailable_reason: "retired" rather than disappearing. This list is checked in CI against the platform’s seeded templates, so it cannot lag what we actually run.

Values

Value	Meaning
`booking.min_stay`	Fewest nights a stay may be.
`booking.max_stay`	Most nights a stay may be.
`booking.no_checkout_days`	Days of the week a guest may not check out on.
`booking.weekend_min_stay`	A separate minimum for stays that include a weekend.
`pricing.weekend_surcharge`	A percentage added to weekend nights.
`pricing.long_stay_discount`	A percentage taken off longer stays.
`pricing.large_group_surcharge`	A percentage added for larger parties.
`pricing.cleaning_fee`	A one-off fee added to the stay total.

The published set is exactly Maat’s own RuleQuickActionTemplateKey. A member added to one and not the other fails our build.
