booked and held are sales; blocked is a closure. blocked_by says whose closure it is, and is null on every other status.

Values

Value	Meaning
`available`	Sellable.
`booked`	Sold, and it will not become available again on its own.
`held`	A checkout is in flight. It may expire back to `available`.
`blocked`	Closed rather than sold. `blocked_by` says by whom.

The published set is exactly Maat’s own PartnerNightStatus. A member added to one and not the other fails our build.
