# WriteResult

> What an idempotent `PUT` keyed by your own identifier did: created the row, or replaced one you had already pushed.

Both are a `200`.

## Values

| Value | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `created` | There was nothing under that identifier; this call made it. |
| `updated` | Something was already there under that identifier; this call replaced it. |

## In Maat

The published set is exactly Maat's own `PartnerWriteResult`. A member added to one and not the other fails our build.

## Where it appears

**Fields**

* `PropertyUpsertResponse` · `result`
* `BlockUpsertResponse` · `result`
* `QuickActionApplied` · `result`

**Operations**

* `PUT /properties/{provider_id}` — Create or replace a property
