# UnitType

> What a unit is: the whole property, or one room inside it.

## Values

| Value | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `whole_property` | The guest has the property to themselves. Setting this on a property that has another unit is a `409 conflict`. |
| `private_room` | One room inside a property that has more than one. |

## In Maat

The published set is exactly Maat's own `PartnerUnitType`. A member added to one and not the other fails our build.
