# SandboxBookingStatus

> Which half of the booking lifecycle a sandbox fixture booking starts on, and therefore which webhook it sends first.

Required rather than defaulted: the two produce different events, and a caller
who did not say which they wanted should be told to say so.

## Values

| Value | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `pending` | Waiting on a host decision. Sends `booking.requested`; drive it on with `POST /v1/bookings/{booking_reference}/confirm` or `/reject`. |
| `confirmed` | Already confirmed, as an instant-booking stay would be. Sends `booking.confirmed`. |

A deliberate narrowing of Maat's own `DeveloperBookingStatus`: every value here is one of its members, and the ones it leaves out cannot reach this contract.
