# PricingModeValue

> What prices a listing, as far as you are entitled to see it.

`external` is deliberately undifferentiated: this API never names which source
prices the listing.

## Values

| Value | Meaning |

| `rules` | Maat's own pricing rules price the listing. |
| `partner` | You price it — the rates you push are the ones quoted. |
| `external` | Another source prices it. Deliberately undifferentiated: this API never names which one. |

## In Maat

The published set is exactly Maat's own `PartnerPricingMode`. A member added to one and not the other fails our build.
