# PhotoContentType

> The image types an upload may declare.

Signed into the upload form as an EXACT match,
so a mismatch is refused by storage rather than by us. `image/heic` is not accepted —
transcode on your side before uploading.

## In Maat

The published set is exactly Maat's own `UPLOADABLE_IMAGE_TYPES`. A member added to one and not the other fails our build.
