# InventoryKind

> What is being sold.

This contract manages `unit` stays; a write against a `service`
or an `experience` is refused with `inventory_not_supported`.

## Values

| Value | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `unit` | A place somebody sleeps. The only kind this contract manages. |
| `service` | A provider's time, sold in slots. Refused with `inventory_not_supported`. |
| `experience` | A scheduled session, sold in seats. Refused with `inventory_not_supported`. |

## In Maat

The published set is exactly Maat's own `PartnerInventoryKind`. A member added to one and not the other fails our build.
