# BookingEventType

> The booking transitions that carry the full booking envelope.

A narrowing of `WebhookEventType` to the seven events that arrive in THIS shape, so a
generated client's union names only what can actually turn up here.

## Values

| Value | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `booking.requested` | A guest paid for a stay the host still has to approve. |
| `booking.confirmed` | The stay is sold. |
| `booking.rejected` | The host declined the request. |
| `booking.checked_in` | The guest confirmed their own arrival. |
| `booking.checked_out` | The guest confirmed their own departure. |
| `booking.cancelled` | The stay was cancelled; `cancellation` is present. |
| `booking.modified` | The stay window moved; `previous_stay` is present. |

## In Maat

A deliberate narrowing of Maat's own `PartnerWebhookEventType`: every value here is one of its members, and the ones it leaves out cannot reach this contract.
